Refund Policy
At International Courier Service, we strive to provide reliable and efficient international courier services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.
📌 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
Shipment not picked up after payment Service cancellation before dispatch Duplicate payment made by the customer Shipment lost or severely damaged (subject to verification)
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Delay caused by customs clearance or government authorities Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer Recipient unavailable or refusal to accept delivery Natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control Perishable or restricted items rejected during transit
📦 Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your shipment is lost or damaged:
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery/update Provide proof (photos, invoice, packaging details) Compensation will be processed as per courier partner policies
🔄 Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before shipment dispatch Once the shipment is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed
⏳ Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days Refunds will be credited via the original payment method
